Strawberry Picking

Where have I been, and why is this my first time strawberry picking? I got the idea in my head while at the local farmers market with my boyfriend. If you know me, you know that once I get something into my head, I have a hard time letting it go. So, for about a month I talked about going strawberry picking until it actually happened. I also didn't think about it while getting dressed, but strawberries grow from the ground. Come on Alexa! These aren't apples. With that being said, a nice, crisp, beautiful white dress was probably the worst outfit option for the occasion— but now I know for next time, right?

Anyways, we picked strawberries and finished eating them within days. I really wish I could tell you that I made some cool recipes with the fresh berries, but I literally washed them and stood by the counter eating one after the other. I couldn't resist. I'm hoping to go back really soo, and maybe even pick some tomatoes next time!

  6. Strawberries. In winter. There are no words.

  7. Wow these pictures are great and love the dress. And I agree with ^^ above - strawberries in winter would be a huge novelty for me as all I have is snow over here in England right now.

  8. My family and I used to go strawberry picking literally every other week in Germany! You're so right - they're the best when eaten freshly washed from the counter ;) hehe! Your white dress looks fabulous - even though it might've ended with some pretty red strawberry stains. Oh well. You gotta look pretty when picking pretty strawberries ;) Love the dress on you!
