I have this tradition of spending hours in Henri Bendel right before Christmas time to find my mom's gifts. We go together and then divide and conquer; it's quite comical. This year was no different. After walking around Bendel's and picking up her favorite Chan Luu pieces of the season, unique coffee table books, etc, I decided I wanted a gift that was a little more personal. That's when I went to Etsy to see what I could find. 

After a little bit of a searching, I found mb art studios, which made simple, handmade, one-of-a-kind ceramic pieces with the cutest little sayings. Oh! and bonus— they're great to work with!
