Weekend Wrap up

I find it very difficult to discuss fashion, style, and latest trends while I sit here watching CNN updates about the tragic events in Newtown, CT. This tragedy was senseless and heartbreaking. I can't fathom what these parents and families are going through. Growing up in a small Connecticut town makes it hit close to home, and as a future teacher, no child should ever feel unsafe at school. I'm sending prayers, love, and hugs to everyone who needs them. These types of experiences make us want to keep our loved ones a little closer, which is exactly what I did all weekend. This reminds you not to take a single moment for granted. I'm so happy I was able to spend the weekend with my mom and brother in New York doing some of our favorite things.
