Julia from Cup of Tea asked me to put together my best Memorial Day outfit for her 'May Tea Time' post. The first thing that came to mind was a maxi— they are perfect for lounging around at a picnic, are comfortable, and of course look effortlessly fabulous. A neon scarf paired with a neutral dress, is, to me, the perfect accessory and doesn't require much thought.
