Stand Out

Madewell Skirt, Splendid Tee, Sam Edelman Sandals, Ray Ban Sunglasses, Calypso Necklace and Bracelets

As you may know I am attending graduate school in Florida to earn my Masters degree. Due to the weather being consistently hot these past few weeks, I have been playing around with a lot of color. This, for me, is a typical class outfit, although I am surrounded by girls who wear jeans and sweatshirts to class (no matter the weather), and therefore completely stand out— especially the day I wore this bright neon green top. Wearing bright shades when its 80 degrees just feels right, regardless of the season, and being different is cool!

  5. It was the same for me in college...often wore heels when everyone else wore sneakers or flats...always wore dresses/skirts when most people were in jeans or sweats! But I like being myself...and I gotta say you look great being yourself :)

  22. This is definitely my kind of outfit for class, it's so much better to dress well & stand out (not a fan of the sweats look, even if you're a student). This neon tshirt is such a great colour & looks super cute paired with the patterned skirt! :)
