Obsession Of The Week

I’ve been making Jillian Harris's Complexion Smoothie for quite some time and love it. This smoothie has become part of my routine and when I return home from my early morning workouts, I find myself craving it. The smoothie is healthy, tastes delicious, and keeps me cool on hot, humid Florida days. Have you tried this smoothie? What are your favorite healthy smoothie recipes with wheatgrass?
